Our Legacy House

"Preparing for the 2026 World Cup:
A Call to Action"
As Atlanta gears up for the 2026 World Cup, the Our Legacy House team is diligently collaborating with our partners to address the increased risks of trafficking associated with large-scale events. With heightened travel and crowds, we are committed to raising awareness and implementing strategies to protect vulnerable individuals in our community. Together, we can work to prevent exploitation and ensure a safer environment for everyone.
Join us in our mission to support child survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and to create a community where everyone is safe.

A Message from Our Legacy House Ambassador

"As a survivor of sex trafficking since the age of four, I, Pastor Maya Thomason, have faced unimaginable challenges that only the grace of the Lord has helped me overcome. Today, I stand proud to be part of Our Legacy House, where our mission is to provide crucial services to children who, like me, may not have the chance to find safety and healing. Through years of therapy, I’ve learned to manage my pain and transform my trauma into strength. It is my heartfelt desire that no child endures the re-traumatization I experienced, and I am committed to ensuring they receive the support and love they deserve. Together, we can create a brighter future, one child at a time."
